Be loyal to yourself, to your clients and to your group. Take pride in being part of something that is transforming the real estate industry one client at a time. When working with new clients or past clients, be proud to represent the Western Elite Real Estate Group and all that it represents.
4- Character and Self-Control
Do not let your emotions control you. Understand this industry, just like others, has agents that do not have the same ethics and standards to which we aspire. Uphold a standard of excellence at all times and remain calm throughout the process. This will allow you to navigate through the toughest transactions and interactions and have a great reputation in this industry.
5- Self Determination
Real estate requires motivation and self determination every day. As you are self employed, your clients will ultimately hold you accountable. Only you can push yourself to constantly improve. There is no substitute for hard work. Take every day as a new day, no matter what happened the day before, good or bad.
6- Service Above All Else
We want to be the best and not settle for less. Constantly improve, mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially. If you focus on being your best, your friends, family and clients will notice and want to be a part of it. Be the agent you would want to work with.
